Important Note: Please provide your full and accurate shipping address. Failure to do so may result in your package being returned to us. In such cases, we may not be able to process your request to avoid unnecessary complications.

Return Policy

Unsatisfied with Your Order?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided the item is in like-new condition, with no visible wear or damage.

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or malfunctioning product, please contact us at contact@furryfunland.com with clear photos showing the damage or quality issue.

For the fastest resolution, provide photos taken on a flat surface, clearly displaying the issue along with any product tags. Upon verification, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. You do not need to return the defective item. This helps us improve our products and prevent future issues.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling Unshipped Orders

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request a cancellation by contacting us at contact@furryfunland.com with your order number. We will process your request as quickly as possible.

Cancelling Shipped Orders

If your order has already been shipped, you may still cancel it by refusing delivery upon arrival. Once the package is returned to us, we will process a refund after deducting the original shipping costs.

Warranty Policy

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not apply to:

• Accidental damage

• Improper care or misuse

• Normal wear and tear

• Color or material deterioration due to sun exposure

• After-market modifications

• Water damage (returns/exchanges for water-exposed products will not be accepted)

Refund Policy

If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund under the following circumstances:

Full Refund Eligibility

You may receive a full refund if:

• The product is completely non-functional.

• You did not receive your order within 90 business days (for South America).

Refund Processing: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after approval.

Shipping Costs

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Damaged or Low-Quality Products

For defective or incorrect items, please email contact@furryfunland.com with photos clearly showing the issue. We will provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

• If the return is due to customer preference, the customer bears the return shipping cost.

• If the return is due to our mistake or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

• No restocking fees will be charged for returned products.
